Great sleep & beautiful decor

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The bed was so comfortable and allowed me to enjoy a blissful sleep with no noise at all. The beautiful decor added to the peaceful ambiance of the place. Every antique piece of furniture and detail was restored to its former glory, giving a luxurious and vintage feel. The hotel being located between two key Italian cities was a plus, while the absence of traffic noise was impressive.

Breakfast being the most important meal of the day, I was a little disappointed that the breakfast menu offered a limited selection. Although fresh bread, pastries, and a selection of cheeses were available, the lack of cooked options was a downside.

Conveniently located near motorways and just 20 minutes away from main parking area in Venice. Ease of parking. Kindness of staff. Fast check-in / check-out. Overall style (it's a beatiful villa surrounded by a nice garden). Quality and variety of food offered for breakfast. Room rate.

The structure of the hotel may create some issue to old people or disables (i.e. I didn't see elevators).

We loved our stay here! The best aspects were the charming and peaceful interior, excellent breakfast served in the beautiful garden, and convenient location with public transportation to Venice just across the road. Also, we enjoyed exploring the picturesque area on foot and discovering local restaurants with affordable prices.

It claims there is a restaurant, what they don't tell you is that it's not on site but a 15 minute walk away at another one of their hotels!

Beautifull villa, romantic ambience, excellent service.

my experience at this place was quite pleasant. The hotel is located in a beautiful area overlooking the Padova canal, which creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service, especially at the reception desk, where they were helpful in recommending local restaurants and providing information for our day trip to Venice. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and a spa and wellness centre. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar.

If you are traveling with family, this place might not be the most convenient choice, as it is located a bit far from Venice and involves a half-hour journey to get there. However, for those who are looking for a quiet and luxurious retreat, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The italian countryside. The breakfast and the friendly staff.

The hotel is in a village outside Venice. The bus ride to Venice is by public transport which can be a bit dodgy! The buses are dirty and packed at certain hours of the day!

The staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to provide you with any service you requested, and did it with a smile. The property is beautiful, and the villa is well decorated. The location is well suited for day trips to the wine country of Veneto, or easy access to Venice.

There are no elevators for accomodations on the upper floors, and if you have a large amount of heavy luggage, it could be difficult to bring it up the stairs. The staff will offer to bring it up for you, but I would feel awkward having a young lady carry my bags.

Lovely back garden for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quality of the room, beautiful reading room, clean hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Good location, close to Venice. Nice, stylish furnitures.

The bathroom, especially the shower cabin was very small. Hard to beleive that it was planned for a normal size person. The room was full of ladybirds!! The breakfast staff was very slow.

the staff was very kind, helpful and very attentive. the location, very convenient for visiting Venice -25 minutes by bus and NO parking problems-, is calm and quiet, no noise from the busy road nearby. our room was recently refurbished and the service very good. Excellent breakfast.

The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in between two popular destinations. It was easily accessible by car and away from the noise of the main road. the antique decor added to the charm of the property and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the grounds were well-kept and the breakfast options were good with fresh bread and delicious pastries.

This hotel has a beautiful location in the park, like garden with plenty of parking space. the transportation is very convenient to the Venice airport and the city center. the room and bathroom are well, maintained and equipped with comfortable furnishings. the breakfast is tasty and varied, served in a spacious, light, filled room. Guests can enjoy drinks and relaxation on the lovely terrace outside, and the friendly staff is always available to offer helpful advice.

The hotel could use more staff to attend to guests, especially during busy meal times.
